One Sunday morning in January, just before it opened to the dining-public, I did a photo shoot for Woodland House in Prahran, Melbourne.
Woodland House is the work of chefs Thomas Woods and Hayden McFarland, located on the site of the ‘old’ Jacques Reymond restaurant. Both Thomas and Hayden worked for Reymond for several years, and are now taking this fine-dining restaurant in a new direction.
